The National MSME Awards is an annual, week-long event designed to recognize and celebrate outstanding indigenous Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Nigeria.
This impactful week aligns with the International MSME Week and features a range of activities, including:

- Business Exhibitions & Plenary Sessions
- A Grand Gala & Award Night
Since its inception in August 2018, and subsequently held in June in following years, the awards have successfully hosted five editions, producing over 40 verified winners nationwide.

Notably, the awards have evolved significantly — from a single car prize in 2018 for the MSME of the Year winner to 10 cars across multiple categories. This growth reflects the strengthening collaboration between the Federal Government and the private sector in supporting MSMEs.
